Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration Diploma Program

Oxford College’s 50-week Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration diploma program teaches you how to manage virtual desktop environments that allow users to securely access applications and systems from anywhere. You’ll learn to deploy virtual applications, manage user access and support remote work environments across modern IT systems.

Through hands-on training, you’ll configure and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments, troubleshoot performance issues and maintain system reliability. You’ll also explore how virtualization and cloud technologies work together, helping you support scalable and secure digital infrastructure.

Certification preparation
Our program prepares you to pursue the Citrix Certified Associate – Virtualization (CCA-V) and Citrix Certified Professional – Virtualization (CCP-V) certifications, helping you validate your skills and strengthen your credentials as you begin your career in virtualization and IT administration.

Key program benefits
You’ll receive training in core Citrix components such as Citrix Studio, Delivery Controllers, StoreFront and Citrix Gateway, along with tools like Citrix Director and Citrix Optimizer to manage performance and user experience. You’ll also configure security settings, including GPOs and multifactor authentication, and work with cloud environments such as Azure and AWS.

Capstone project
You’ll complete the program with a hands-on capstone project where you design, implement and troubleshoot a full Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environment.
