Cybersecurity Specialist Diploma Program

Oxford College’s 74-week Cybersecurity Specialist diploma program teaches you how to protect systems, networks and digital infrastructure from advanced cyber threats. You’ll learn to identify vulnerabilities, monitor network activity and apply security strategies that help safeguard critical information.

Through hands-on training, you’ll analyze risks, implement security controls and respond to complex security incidents in modern IT environments. You’ll also explore how organizations manage security across systems and networks, helping you support secure and resilient operations.

Key program benefits
You’ll receive training in core cybersecurity concepts such as the CIA Triad, cryptography and identity and access management, along with network fundamentals like the OSI model and TCP/IP. You’ll also develop skills in business continuity planning, risk management and access control to help protect enterprise systems.

Capstone project
You’ll complete the program with a hands-on capstone project where you simulate and defend against complex cyber threats in an enterprise environment. You’ll apply your skills in threat analysis, incident response and security monitoring to develop and present response strategies for advanced security incidents.
