ERP and CRM Systems Diploma Program

Oxford College’s 50-week ERP and CRM Systems diploma program teaches you how to work with enterprise platforms used to manage operations, customer relationships and business data. You’ll learn to configure systems, manage workflows and support functions such as sales, finance, inventory and customer service.

Through hands-on training, you’ll work with ERP and CRM systems to manage data, configure features and support business processes across departments. You’ll also explore how enterprise platforms integrate operations and automate workflows, helping you improve efficiency and support decision-making.

Certification preparation
Our program prepares you to pursue Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP/CRM), Salesforce Administrator Certification, Oracle SaaS ERP Certification and SAP Certification, helping you build skills that align with current industry standards.

Capstone project
You’ll complete the program with a hands-on capstone project where you design and implement an ERP or CRM solution to address a real business challenge. You’ll configure systems, manage data, document and test your solution, and present your results, demonstrating your ability to manage a full solution lifecycle.
