Big Data and Hadoop Diploma Program

Oxford College’s 50-week Big Data and Hadoop diploma program teaches you how to work with large-scale data systems used to store, manage and analyze large datasets. You’ll learn to organize data, build processing workflows and analyze information to support real-world decision-making.

Through hands-on training, you’ll work with Hadoop technologies to manage distributed data systems and process large volumes of information. You’ll also explore modern data environments, including cloud-based systems, helping you build scalable data solutions.

Certification preparation
Our program prepares you to pursue the Cloudera Certified Associate Data Analyst and CCA175 – Cloudera Certified Associate Spark and Hadoop Developer certifications, helping you validate your skills and strengthen your credentials as you begin your career in big data and analytics.

Key program benefits
You’ll receive training in the Hadoop ecosystem, including distributed computing frameworks such as MapReduce, Hive and Spark, helping you build and manage end-to-end data pipelines.

Capstone project
You’ll complete the program with a hands-on capstone project where you design and implement a full big data solution based on a real-world scenario.
