Business Information Analyst Diploma Program

Oxford College’s 52-week Business Information Analyst diploma program teaches you how to organize, analyze and interpret business data to support better decision-making. You’ll learn to turn information into reports, dashboards and insights that help teams improve performance and plan effectively.

Through hands-on training, you’ll gather requirements, analyze business data and create reports and dashboards that support real business needs. You’ll also explore how data and communication come together in business environments, helping you deliver clear and actionable insights.

Certification preparation
Our program prepares you to pursue the IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA), Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate and Agile Analysis Certification (AAC) certifications, helping you validate your skills and strengthen your credentials as you begin your career in business analysis.

Key program benefits
You’ll receive training in business process modeling, requirements gathering and data visualization, along with SQL querying to support analysis. You’ll also develop skills in Agile project communication, helping you translate business needs into practical solutions.

Capstone project
You’ll complete the program with a hands-on capstone project where you work in a team to solve a real business challenge by gathering requirements, analyzing data and building dashboards. You’ll present your recommendations to a mock executive panel, demonstrating your business analysis, problem-solving and communication skills in a real-world scenario.
