Oxford College’s 50-week IT for E-Commerce diploma program teaches you how online businesses are built, managed and optimized using modern digital tools. You’ll learn to manage online stores, support customer interactions and use data to improve performance and sales across digital platforms.
Through hands-on training, you’ll manage products, process transactions and support day-to-day e-commerce operations using industry-relevant platforms. You’ll also explore how marketing, analytics and user experience work together, including SEO, social media and customer engagement strategies, helping you grow and optimize online businesses.
